Original Music Composed by Tim Hinton

Percussion Music by Clif Walker

(Originally commissioned by the Wade Hampton H.S. Band, Greenville, SC, Jeremy Ladd, Director)

The Front Page / The Comics / Sports Page / Entertainment Page

This show of original music has a fool-proof concept that audiences will love and understand.  The energetic opener has patriotic tendencies, followed by a visit to the funny pages for a light-hearted drum solo.  A salute to sports includes baseball, tennis, golf, and football, and then we finish with the glamour of Hollywood.  Great drum parts by Clif Walker available, including a version for posted percussion section!

Fee for the use of the music for the season:
Winds and Percussion – $1500
Winds Only – $1000

Tim Purple Shirt squareNOTE: In the midi for Part Two "Comics," the mallets play the actual Peanuts melody.  This is incorrect.  There is a different melody that I wrote to mimic this Peanuts music.  If you want to play the actual Peanuts melody for this part of this show, you'll have to pursue Copyright Permission, which is something you can do.  However, I created a different melody which you hear the wind parts playing in this midi. Contact me for more information or for direction on pursuing copyright permission.
